16 But this is the thing having been spoken through the prophet Joel [in Joel 2:28-32]: 17 ‘And it shall be in the last days, God says, that I will pour-out from[a] My Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your older men will dream with dreams. 18 And[b] indeed upon My male-slaves and upon My female-slaves I will pour-out from My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
